"T-shaped" Background. Although we have specific roles we're looking to fill, we prefer "T-shaped" employees who have deep experience in at least one area, but with broad interests, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Mid-to-Senior Level Experience. Although we're more interested in a good fit than a specific amount of experience, you need to be comfortable taking on complex projects with minimal day-to-day oversight and supervision.
Excellent Communication Skills. We love nerds and strong opinions, but playing nice with others is also important.

No Crazy Hours
Will there be the occasional big push? Sure. But as a rule, we work normal hours.
There is always more work to do. We believe that long hours usually mean some combination of unrealistic expectations and poor planning. We try to avoid that.
